What kinds of food are in the meal plan?

My meals exclude grain and gluten, contain minimal dairy, nutrient rich and sugar free. It is also flexible and allows for 2 meals out per week!

What types of exercises should I include in the program?

I have a list of reccomended exercises and frequency included in the 21 day gut reset. Some examples are yoga, pilates, walking and running - low impact but high results. In the membership we go on virtual group walks, runs and yoga!
